Delivery & Returns
Standard UK delivery
All of our items have a flat-rate shipping fee of £3.95.
We aim to dispatch all non-personalised and made-to-order items within 2-3 working days. We aim to dispatch personalised/made-to-order items within 5-10 working days, though this may be longer during busy periods.
We use a combination of couriers and Royal Mail to send your items. The following postage times are in addition to any manufacturing times.
My Hermes Standard delivery - 2-5 working days.
UPS 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail- 2-5 working days.
Postage times are estimates and not guarantees.
We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please check all items immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email using the details on the ‘contact us’ page. For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full or try to replace the item for you.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it please contact us within 14 days from the day the item was delivered, stating that you wish to return an item. Items must then be received by us within the following 30 working days. We will be happy to refund you for the item price if items are returned to us unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging.
We will not refund the original postage charge or pay for the return postage. Please note we do not give exchanges or refunds on items returned to us after 30 days of receipt.
Personalised or handmade items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. Photographic evidence will be required- a photograph of the external packaging, a photograph of the internal packaging and a photograph of the damaged/faulty item.
When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. With the exception of faulty items or or error on our part, return postage cannot be refunded and refunds cannot be made until the goods have been received.
